She seems to be packing on the weight for some reason. She looks like she’s got a fifty year old man’s body in that tight shirt. Obviously it’s just the wind blowing up the there inflating the crap out of it, what a waste, if you’re going to go out in the wind where a damn skirt. Disappointed.
