We're green with envy! Lindsay Lohan is now a permanent fixture in Venice ... thanks to "paintress" Jules Muck.
The artist used Lilo's image as the subject of a new painting that reads, "Welcome to Venice."
Muck came to Los Angeles back in 2008 "with a tagger's bold spirit and a commanding sense of painterly grace," according to her bio.
