Hollywood hot actress Lindsay Lohan has been told that she will almost definitely be heading to jail, after appearing in court over allegations she store a necklace from a jewellery store.
Lindsay is accused of stealing a necklace worth $2500 and she is charged with felony grand theft.However,she is appealing that she took the necklace by accident.
She was advised by the judge that she will face jail time if she settles in his court, and she has reportedly been offered a plea deal that will involve six months behind bars.
"This case does involve jail time, period. If you plead in front of me, you are going to jail, period," Judge Schwartz said.
If she chooses to not settle in his court, she will move on to another judge who may also sentence her to jail.
Poor fated Lindsay Lohan was also caught driving at 94 KM/H in a slow zone of KM/H.
