When Kim Kardashian shops, she means business. So, she dresses for the occasion. The reality star celebrity perused a Burberry store yesterday in these sexy, ultra high Louboutins yesterday -- and managed to keep her balance while talking on the phone, too.
 The hot reality star apparently had a long day after that -- she tweeted last night about eating cookies and cream ice cream for a midnight snack, then wrote: "I'm soooo sleepy, too lazy to get up and wash my make up off and brush my teeth but I need to! Help"
Hopefully today's a lazy Sunday for the busy gal, but somehow we doubt it. She's been waking up with the sun to go to boot camp classes -- sometimes twice a day! Now that's dedication.
